Registration

For meeting attendees who will commute and don't require accommodation for overnight stay at Rensselaerville, the registration fees are $ 125 (students/postdocs) and $ 175 (other) before August 31, 2010. Between September 1 and September 20, late registration fees of $ 175 (students/postdocs) and $ 225 (other) will apply.

For meeting attendees who will require shared room accommodation for overnight stay at Rensselaerville, the registration fees are $ 175 (students/postdocs) and $ 225 (other) before August 31, 2010. If you require private single rooms, the registration fees are $ 225 (students/postdocs) and $ 275 (other) before August 31, 2010. Between September 1 and September 20, late registration fees will be $ 225 (students/postdocs) and $ 275 (other) for shared room accommodation, and $ 275 (students/postdocs) and $ 325 (other) for private single room accommodation, respectively.

There will be no registration requests accepted after September 20. If you cancel your registration before August 31, 2010, a full fee refund will be provided. After this date, no refund will be provided. The total number of attendees and the number of rooms are both limited. It is possible that all slots may fill up before the deadlines, so please sign up early to make sure that you can attend the meeting.

Abstract Submission

To submit an abstract, please check the appropriate box on the registration webpage and send the abstract in word or pdf format in a separate email to submissions _at_ hudsonvalleyrnaclub.org. For a word template conforming to the abstract format required, click here. If you are not using this template, please make sure that the format is the same as shown in this template. Deadline for receipt of abstracts (word limit: 250 words) was initially July 31, 2010. Since abstracts are still coming in after the deadline, the deadline has been extended till August 18, 2010.
